1. All the figures are produced in bulk by machines, so some painting on them maybe uneven, maybe few is out of its bound, or some figures maybe have few painting peel off, those situations are normal and out of our control, so we can’t accept any refund because of these reasons.

2. All the figures are brand new in their original boxes, so we can’t open them to check the figures.

3. All the item are shipped by the logistics company, so we can’t ensure that the original box have not any damage in transit, but we would try our best to pack your order well before the shipment.
